Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger (or chicken)
- 2 (8 ounce) cans enchilada sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (optional)
- 8 ounces evaporated milk
- beans (optional)
- corn (optional)
- flour tortilla
- 3 cups shredded cheese
Directions
- Brown hamburger & drain. In a separate pot mix sauce, green chillies, & milk. Pour onto the hamburger and bring to a boil. In a 9x13 pan layer tortillas and hamburger mixture, topping each layer with cheese. Leave cheese off of top layer. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minute Remove pan, add cheese to top layer, bake uncovered for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
