Mexican Jicama Slaw

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups finely sliced jicama
Directions
- In food processor, process olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin and salt. Transfer to bowl.
- Add jicama to dressing and toss until well coated. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes until softened.
