Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup mexican beer
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1⁄3 cup minced green chili
Directions
- Mix together all of the ingredients in a fondue pot or heavy saucepan.
- Stirring frequently, warm until the mixture is smooth and the cheese melts.
- Keep warm for serving in the fondue pot or on the stove.
