Mexican Egg Salad

We love the nice change to plain egg salad. This is the original recipe,however, I prefer to leave out the cheese and it's still great! Show more

  1. Place eggs, celery, green onions, jalapenos, red pepper, garlic, and cheese in bowl; Toss to combine.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, lime juice and spices in small separate bowl.
  3. Fold in egg mixure.
  4. Chill.
  5. Transfer to serving dish.
  6. Garnish with sliced avocado and cilantro.
