Mexican Dip in Crock Pot (Oamc)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (21 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (10 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 16 ounces Velveeta reduced fat cheese product
Directions
- Brown ground beef.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Place 1/2 in a large freezer bag and freeze.
- Place other 1/2 in a Crock Pot.
- Cook on low 3-4 hours.
