Mexican Dip

it is great for partys family gatherings etc. very easy and quick got this recipe from a friend years ago

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 400  g cream cheese
• 1  cup salsa
• 1⁄2 cup  of shredded lettuce
• 1⁄2 cup diced tomato
• 1⁄4 cup  of sliced black olives
• 1⁄4 cup  of diced onion
•  tortilla chips

Directions

1. soften the cream cheese, soft enough to spread on a platter.
2. Add the salsa,lettuce,onion,tomato,oliveH.
3. Spread out evenly onto cream cheese.
4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
5. Dip with tortilla or doritos chips.
