Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup black beans
- 1⁄4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Directions
- Heat the beans and cottage cheese together on stove to the desired temperature.
- pour in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper and the crushed red pepper or cayenne if you like it spicy.
