Mexican Carne Asada Tacos

Sirloin steak tacos in soft tortilla with guacamole, beans, lime,salsas, etc...

  1. Put steak (whole) in a large bowl.
  2. Add lime, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  3. Let chill for about 1 hour.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a medium temperature in a medium skillet.
  5. Cook until both sides of steak are browned and cooked through (about 5 mins) leave aside.
  6. Cook tortillas on a flat pan until browned and flexible.
  7. Cut up steak into small squares and put on tortillas.
  8. Toppings:
  9. mix tomatoes,onions, and cilantro in a bowl.
  10. Add lime, salt to taste.
  11. Pour sour cream, guacamole, lime wedges, and refired beans on separate bowls and set on table.
  12. Serve tacos and let guests put on different toppings.
