Mexican Bread Pudding Capidotada

This is a great recipe that my grandmother and mother still use. Full of flavor and always a crowd pleaser. i hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family has.

Ingredients

• 3  loaves  bread
• 6  bananas
• 10  ounces raisins
• 3  sticks cinnamon
• 3  teaspoons fennel

Directions

1. Toast and apply a little bit of butter to each slice (butter optional).
