Mexican Bean Salad

My local Safeway makes this and since I can't take them to Mexico with me in September I think I have come up with the recipe. If your store doesn't have ready made pico de gallo use this recipe: http://www.recipezaar.com/83371

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed
• 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed
• 1  cup pico de gallo (to taste)
• 1  cup frozen corn, thawed
• 1  cup  finely diced carrot
• 1⁄2 cup  chopped cilantro

Directions

1. Toss all ingredients together. Let mellow in the fridge for a few hours.
2. Enjoy.
