Mexi-Style Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 1 (15 ounce) can Mexican-style diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 bunch celery top
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cut onion into rings and lay in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Cut celery tops off about 2 inches down stalk and lay in bottom of crockpot.
- Lay pork chops on top of onion and celery.
- Sprinkle bullion, cumin, chili powder, and pepper.
- Pour diced tomatoes on top.
- Cook on high 4-6 hours.
