  • 2  tablespoons  taco seasoning mix
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 cups cheddar cheese
  • 14 cup  taco sauce
  • 7  ounces  small can jallepeno bell peppers
  • 3  eggs
  • 1 12 cups half-and-half
  • 9  inches  pastry shells

Directions

  1. bake empty pastry shell 7 min at 400 degrees.
  2. brown ground beef,poor any grease off.
  3. add onions, saute.
  4. add seasoning and peppers.
  5. layer cheese, ground beef mixture in pastry shell.
  6. beat eggs add half n half mix together, pour into the shell.
  7. bake 45 minutes 375 degrees.
  8. serve with guacamole.
