  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain.
  3. Add the cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese, green chilies, enchilada sauce and eggs to the browned beef.
  4. Pour the combined mixture in an 8x8inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  6. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
  7. The top should be a golden brown.
  8. When done, remove from the oven.
  9. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
  10. Cut in 36 squares.
  11. Serve with chips.
