Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck or 1 lb any other ground beef or 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 3⁄4 cup brown rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 red bell pepper
Directions
- Brown up meat.
- While the meat is browning, dice up the pepper.
- Drain the meat of any grease if there is any.
- Put in diced peppers with meat, cook until peppers are soft.
- Toss in rest of ingredients (include juice with tomatos).
- Cover and simmer for 20-40 minutes (water should be gone and rice should be soft).
