Methi Dosa

This is an unuasual kind of dosa which my Mom prepares on a regular basis. I say unusual because, it doesn't look or taste like a dosa and because it doesn't need any kind of accompaniment like chutney or sambhar. We eat it with butter. I like this recipe because its easy to make and I reserve it for the days I feel bored to do any hard core cooking! Show more
