Meringue Powder Royal Icing

Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons  meringue powder
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 13 cups icing sugar

Directions

  1. In bowl, beat meringue powder with water until combined.
  2. Gradually beat in icing sugar til very stiff, about 4 minutes.
  3. Cover with damp cloth to prevent drying out.
