Memory-Time Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 (4 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1⁄3 cup sodium-free ketchup
- 1 1⁄3 cups breadcrumbs
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Knead well to combine.
- Shape and place in a loaf pan or into muffin tins.
- Bake loaf for 1 hour and muffins for 30 minutes.
