Mels Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1⁄3 cups mashed ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- preheat oven to 350.
- cream applesauce and splenda together.
- beat in eggs.
- combine bananas, milk and vanilla.
- mix flours, soda and salt.
- blend in flour mixture alternately with bananas.
- turn into two 5'7 loaf pans.
- bake for 50 minutes.
