Melinda's Goulash

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 medium green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 medium onion (Diced)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1⁄2 tomato sauce or 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 box of kraft deluxe mac and cheese (Elbow Mac Style)
Directions
- Add Canola Oil to large pan, Brown Hamburger meat and add salt and pepper (do not drain). Add Peppers and Onion and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Add Stewed and Diced tomatoes and Continue cooking on medium heat for 10 minutes. Take a Potato Masher and Mash stewed tomatoes until roughly mashed (your discretion). While everything is cooking, cook Macaroni until done, drain and add to hamburger tomato mixture. Add Kraft deluxe cheese and Mix well. Continue cooking for 5 minutes on medium heat, then add 1/2 Ketchup or tomato sauce, stir and immediately serve. I eat mine with Buttered Bread. Enjoy!
