Mega Marshmallow

I made this as a cake for my birthday and it went down a hit, it is very simple and fun to make and it is BIG

• Ready In: 15 mins
• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 3 (200 g) packets marshmallows
•  cornflour
•  greaseproof  paper

Directions

1. prepare a mould the shape in a round tub about 3 inches high and 2 inches wide (about) by lining with greaseproof paper and dusting with cornflour.
2. in a large bowl over simmering water melt marshmallows until it's runny, this can take a while.
3. take off the heat.
4. pour into prepared mould.
5. set in fridge.
6. once set turn out.
7. voila.
8. mega marshmallow.
