Mediterranian Pizza

Ingredients
- 12 inches prepared pizza crust (like Boboli)
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, choppped
- 1⁄2 lb sweet Italian sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 portabella mushrooms
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 6 ounces roasted sweet red peppers
- 6 ounces swiss cheese
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Prepare crust according to package directions. Set aside.
- Cook Italian sausage in skillet until browned, drain off fat, set aside.
- Wash and de-stem portabellas, slice into thin slices, pat dry.
- Drain and slice sweet red peppers, pat to dry.
- In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic, basil and salt and pepper, to taste.
- Spread crust with sauce.
- Arrange sausage and mushrooms all over pizza.
- Add onion and sweet red peppers.
- Place swiss and mozzarella cheese equally around pizza.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 325 F until crust is golden brown and the cheeses are melted about 12-14 minutes.
- Serve with additional parmesan and crushed red pepper flake, if desired.
