Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna in water, drained (solid white in water)
- 1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained well
- 1⁄2 cup chopped red pepper
- 3⁄4 cup sliced Greek olive, such as kalamata
- 1⁄2 small red onion, minced
- 1⁄4 cup minced Italian parsley (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup minced fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (1 tsp)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh not bottled
- fresh ground pepper
