Mediterranean Style Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lbs baking potatoes (each cut into 4 wedges)
- 2 teaspoons mediterranean seasoning (Wildtree Mediterranean Dry Rub)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons roasted garlic grapeseed oil
- 1⁄2 cup low sodium chicken broth
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Toss potatoes, Mediterranean seasoning and garlic oil on a rimmed baking sheet and spread potatoes out into an even layer. Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes. Add the broth and, toss and bake until cooked through and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
