Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives (drained)
- 3 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
- 1⁄2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 1⁄2 tablespoons roasted garlic or 3 1⁄2 tablespoons natural grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons mediterranean seasoning (Wildtree Mediterranean Dry Rub)
Directions
- Whisk Mediterranean seasoning, oil and lemon together and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice/oil mixture.
