Medic Dave’s Super Seasoning

Can be used as seasoning for other recipes or any time you would use seasoned salt. Use as a rub for steaks, roasts, fish or chicken. I use this on just about everything, I consider this to be an all purpose seasoning.

• Yields: 1 Cup

Ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons paprika
• 2  tablespoons coarse sea salt
• 2  tablespoons garlic powder
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons coarse black pepper
• 1  tablespoon onion powder
• 1  tablespoon cayenne pepper
• 1  tablespoon dried oregano leaves
• 1  tablespoon  ground thyme
• 1  tablespoon ground sage
• 1  tablespoon white pepper
• 1  tablespoon cumin
• 1  tablespoon dried parsley

Directions

1. Put in a Tupperware container.
2. Seal and shake well to mix.
3. Sprinkle, rub, or put in a shaker.
