  1. Boil water add Better Than bouillon to make broth.
  2. In a heat proof bowl add the TVP to soak for 10 minute.
  3. After 10 minute squeeze the liquid out with your hands.
  4. While the TVP is soaking, in a fry pan with 1 T. olive oil, add onion and garlic.  Cook until opaque.
  5. In a food processor, add onion, garlic, drained black beans, tomato paste, worchestershire, balsamic, olive oil and all the spices.
  6. Blend until chunky. Add the TVP and pulse a couple of times.
  7. In a bowl, add the chopped mixture and rice flour and tapioca flour.  Mix with spatula.
  8. Take 2-3 T. mixture and roll into a ball, flatten as for a burger.
  9. Heat a non stick fry pan with a bit of olive oil.
  10. Cook both sides for 5 minute.
  11. Serve in a bun with whatever condiments you like.
  12. Such as sauce, lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles.
