Meatloaf With a Bite

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup oats, regular uncooked
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 2 large grade a eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
Directions
- Combine the top 9 ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
- Form mixture into a loaf and place into a 9x5 loaf pan.
- Combine next 4 ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
- Spoon about half of the mix on top of the meat loaf.
- Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spoon remaining mix on the meat loaf and bake 10 more minutes.
