Meatloaf Soup/Stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce (or worchester sauce)
- 1 cup of chopped potato
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can beef consomme or 1 (8 ounce) can beef broth plus one can water
Directions
- Brown the beef and onions seasoning with salt and pepper. Add in most of the bbq sauce.
- In crock pot put frozen veggies, tomato, and potato.
- in separate bowl mix beef broth, water and any extra bbq sauce (to your taste).
- pour beef and onions over veggies and pour beef broth mixture over everything.
- cook on low for about 8 hours or less depending on your crock pot.
