Meatloaf Deluxe

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 5 slices mozzarella cheese
- 5 slices ham (thin slices)
Directions
- Mix all above ingredients and pat into 15x7 baking pan.
- Top with 5 slices mozzarella and 5 slices ham.
- Roll like jelly roll.
- Bake in shallow pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
