Meatloaf

I've been making this meatloaf recipe for the 28 years i've been married, makes great meatloaf subs the next day. Nothing fancy, just taste great.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
• 3⁄4 cup oats (uncooked)
• 1⁄4 cup  chopped onion
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1  cup tomato juice
• 1  egg, beaten

Directions

1. Mix thoroughly, bake in oven (350 degrees).
2. 1 hour 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
