Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup onion, finely chopped (or more)
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed (or more)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 cups nuts, finely ground (cashews, walnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese or 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients and bake in loaf at 350 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes.
- Let stand a few minutes before slicing.
