Meatballs (Made With Oatmeal)

Versatile, delicious meatballs. Edited to suit my family's tastes.

Serves: 2-6

Ingredients

  • 1  lb ground beef
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup quick oats
  • 1  egg
  •  salt and pepper
  •  onion powder, to taste
  • I often add a pinch or so of the following for more of an Italian style meatball

  •  oregano, Basil, Parsley, garlic powder

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium or large bowl knead together all ingredients. Form into decent size balls and place on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned on outside. (Baking time may vary for your oven!).
