Meatballs Like Giada's

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1⁄4 cup parsley
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2⁄3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground sirloin
Directions
- Combine onion, parsley, egg, ketchup, garlic (minced), and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add cheese and crumbs, and combine.
- Using your hands, add the meat and gently combine the meat with the above mixture.
- Shape the meat into 1 1/2 in balls (you should end up with 16 meatballs.
- Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
