Meatballs

My grandmother used to make these for every holiday!

Yields: 2-3 cookie sheets

Ingredients

  • 3  lbs hamburger meat (90/10)
  • 2 (22 5/8ounce) cans  cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (2 ounce) packets  Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions

  1. Mix all ingreditients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Make mixture into 2-3 inch balls.
  3. Brown the meatballs in a pan on mid-high heat.
  4. After the meatballs are brown place them into a baking dish with the cream of mushroom soup poured over the top.
  5. Bake on 350 degrees until top is golden brown.
  6. (You can also place in a crockpot for 1 hour on high.).
