Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large egg
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 Degrees.
- Mix all ingredients and make 1.5" balls and place on broiler pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minute.
