Meatballs

Tasty little meatballs that are easy to make.

• Yields: 40 meatballs

Ingredients

• 2  lbs hamburger
• 1  cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
• 1⁄2 cup  grated parmesan cheese
• 1  tablespoon parsley flakes
• 1  teaspoon oregano
• 3  garlic cloves, minced
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 2  eggs, beaten
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls.
3. Place balls on cookie sheet with a lip and brown in oven.
4. Add to favorite sauce and enjoy.
