Meatballs

Yields: 40 meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls.
- Place balls on cookie sheet with a lip and brown in oven.
- Add to favorite sauce and enjoy.
