Ingredients
Directions
- Saute onion and celery in oil.
- Add tomatoes and stock.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine beef, egg and 1 tbsp Parmesan, salt and pepper.
- Shape into small meatballs and brown.
- Drain and drop into soup.
- Add pasta
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
