Meatball Marinara

Serves: 12-15
Ingredients
- 4 -6 cups cooked pasta, of choice al dente (I recommend shells)
- 15 -20 meatballs (recipe included)
- 1⁄2 lb graded mozzarella cheese
- 1 -2 cup alfredo sauce (I recommend plain Alfredo sauce)
- 2 -3 cups marinara sauce (I recommend Burgundy Wine Sauce)
- 1⁄4 cup dried parsley (to garnish) (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese (to garnish)
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350° (can be cooked in the microwave).
- Spray Large Casserole dish with non stick spray.
- Add cooked pasta and ¾ graded mozzarella cheese.
- Add Alfredo sauce a little at a time until creamy, and smooth into dish.
- In another dish add meatballs and marinara sauce.
- Cook both until bubbly. (Cheese will be slightly brown).
- Top pasta with meatball mixture and garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
