Meatball Marinara

Wonderful Italian dish. Very warm and creamy.

Ready In: 30 mins

Serves: 12-15

Ingredients

  • 4 -6  cups  cooked pasta, of choice al dente (I recommend shells)
  • 15 -20  meatballs (recipe included)
  • 12 lb  graded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 -2  cup alfredo sauce (I recommend plain Alfredo sauce)
  • 2 -3  cups  marinara sauce (I recommend Burgundy Wine Sauce)
  • 14 cup dried parsley (to garnish) (optional)
  • 14 cup  grated parmesan cheese (to garnish)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° (can be cooked in the microwave).
  2. Spray Large Casserole dish with non stick spray.
  3. Add cooked pasta and ¾ graded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add Alfredo sauce a little at a time until creamy, and smooth into dish.
  5. In another dish add meatballs and marinara sauce.
  6. Cook both until bubbly. (Cheese will be slightly brown).
  7. Top pasta with meatball mixture and garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
