Ingredients
Meat Loaf
- 1 1⁄2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cub milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Topper
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except topping ingredients.
- Spoon into loaf pan.
- In a small bowk, mix ketchup with Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
- Spread sauce on top of meat.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Pour off drippings before serving.
