Meat and Egg Loaf

Ingredients
- 340 g minced beef
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 hard-boiled egg
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the hard-boiled egg, and mix until combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a flat rectangle and place the hard boiled egg in the centre. Roll the meat around the egg, using your fingers. Place in a small 1lb loaf tin, cover with foil and cook for a further 10 minutes to brown the top.
- Serve hot with green vegetables of your choice or cold with a large mixed salad.
