Mayfair Cocktail

This delicious coctail is made with Hendrick's gin.

Ingredients

• 2  ounces  hendrick's  gin
• 3⁄4 ounce  simple syrup
• 1⁄2 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 2  slices English cucumbers

Directions

1. Prepare a martini glass by wetting the outside of the rim with lime, then dab it carefully in the mixture of kosher salt and dried thyme to "frost" the rim of the glass with the flavour. Assemble the first four ingredients and one slice of cucumber in a mixing glass with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a thin slice of English Cucumber.
