Max's Beef Stew

A friend of mine online posted this recipe for beef stew and I've made it about 3 or 4 times now exact to his recipe and it is so.darn.tasty! Sure to be a huge hit with all stew lovers. Best thing is it's made in the crock pot so it is super easy to make!

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1  medium onion, chopped
• 2  cups beef broth
• 2  carrots, sliced
• 6  baby red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
• 1⁄2 cup flour
• 1 1⁄2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch squares
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1  teaspoon paprika
• 3  garlic cloves, minced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1  bay leaf

Directions

1. Whisk flour and beef broth together in small bowl.
2. Add everything into crock pot, placing bay leaf on top.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Remove bay leaf and serve.
