Max's Beef Stew

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 6 baby red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 1⁄2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Whisk flour and beef broth together in small bowl.
- Add everything into crock pot, placing bay leaf on top.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove bay leaf and serve.
