My grandpa's recipe for a matza and eggs pie.

Serves: 4-6

Yields: 1 Pie

Ingredients

  • 4  matzos
  • 3  eggs
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1  teaspoon  salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Brake Matzas into crude pieces (about 1 inch each) and soak in a bowl of water until Matzas are soft (but not soggy).
  2. Filter water out and put Matzas in a deep pan. Adds eggs, milk, salt. Mix carefully so Matza's don't break.
  3. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side. Flip with the help of a large plate.
