Ingredients

  • 5  eggs
  • 12 cup milk
  • 3  square large  crackers
  • 1  tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. crack open eggs and put into a large bowl. beat with a fork until they are a bit fluffy.
  2. crush the crackers/matzahs into bite-sized pieces and lay down in another bowl; pour the milk over them to soften it a bit.
  3. place a frying pan on the burner and set the flame to medium. add the butter to the frying pan and let it melt while on the flame.
  4. in the meantime, pour the eggs into the crakers/matzah and mix it with a fork. add this to your hot pan and fry on both sides until it's cooked through, about 5 minutes. keep stirring it and break it into many pieces while it's cooking, so that you will have many pieces of matzah brie.
