- crack open eggs and put into a large bowl. beat with a fork until they are a bit fluffy.
- crush the crackers/matzahs into bite-sized pieces and lay down in another bowl; pour the milk over them to soften it a bit.
- place a frying pan on the burner and set the flame to medium. add the butter to the frying pan and let it melt while on the flame.
- in the meantime, pour the eggs into the crakers/matzah and mix it with a fork. add this to your hot pan and fry on both sides until it's cooked through, about 5 minutes. keep stirring it and break it into many pieces while it's cooking, so that you will have many pieces of matzah brie.
