Mashed Potatoes With Ham

I made homemade mashed potatoes with a ham, but I wanted to mix it up a bit. I found this recipe on Taste of Home and added a bag of peas and carrots to it. I also left out the cornflakes. I also cooked the onions on the stove and didn't dot with butter because I wasn't using cornflakes. Recipe is posted as written. Good stuff! Show more
