Mascarpone Frozen Yoghurt

This is super easy, but absolutely delicious. Ice cream maker recipe.

• Serves: 1
• Yields: 4-6 scoops

Ingredients

• 200  g mascarpone
• 200  g  Greek yogurt (I use 2% fat content)
• 100  ml milk
• 3  tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1  vanilla bean

Directions

1. Slice vanilla bean in half and scrape out.
2. Add the rest of ingredients and the vanilla scrapings to a bowl and mix with food processor until sugar has dissolved.
3. Add to ice cream maker and churn for 15 to 20 minutes.
