Ingredients
- 225 g ground almond paste
- 115 g sifted icing sugar
- 115 g caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 egg whites, beaten
Directions
- Mix all the above ingredients with enough eg whites to form a dough.
- Knead well.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use on the rich fruit cake (recipe posted separately).
