Mary's Sweet Potato Delight

We had our family Christmas dinner Saturday at my sister-in-laws house and she made this casserole. Everybody there had a fit over it, it was so good...Thanks Deb!

Ingredients

• 3  cups sweet potatoes
• 5  potatoes
• 1  cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
• 1⁄2-1  cup margarine
• 2  eggs, beaten
• 1  teaspoon vanilla

• TOPPING

• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
• 1⁄2 cup flour
• 1  cup pecans, crumbled

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and pour in greased casserole.
2. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top casserole.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. Enjoy.
