  1. Finely crush wafers and finely chop pecans set aside.
  2. Melt butter with chipets.
  3. Combine almond paste with sour cream.
  4. Mix all ingredients except hail.
  5. let batter cool in refrigerator.
  6. Form into bite size balls and roll in hail.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
