Mary's Quick and Dirty Pot Roast

Another great recipe I found in the local newspaper.

• Ready In: 2 hrs 5 mins
• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 3  lbs beef brisket
• 1  cup ketchup
•  onion soup mix

Directions

1. Place brisket on foil.
2. Coat with ketchup and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
3. Wrap brisket in foil.
4. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
